You appear because members refer you in. The more people who refer you into a circle, the higher and more prominently you show, and the line beneath names their circle.
When a member refers you into a circle, you land in Your Book — the personal directory each member keeps of the pros their circles value. Claim your listing and you show there as verified. That's where they look when they need someone, and you're the answer the moment they ask.
Members reach you through Kinli. The Business Plan is what lets you read and reply, so a good word turns into a booking.
A badge that means something.
A solo teacher, tutor or tradesperson runs as a verified sole trader, with email confirmed and bound to your listing. An incorporated business adds a company number and we check it against Companies House. Either way the badge is earned.

A member passes your details into a circle. Your listing may already exist.
Claiming takes control of your details and runs the check in one step: a confirmed email for a sole trader, Companies House for a limited company. Once it passes you show as verified in Your Book.
